Serbian post issues every year stamps on theme Stamp day. These stamps represent not only Serbian stamps history, but also history of the whole postal system and postal services in Serbia and the world. The first stamp day was celebrated in Austria in 1935 and the first stamp issue in Serbia, called Stamp day, was celebated in 1989.
2006 140 years of the first Serbian stamp
First Serbian stamp was showing Kingdom of Serbia coat of arms. Face value was 1 para (one hunderth part of dinar). On the top was written "K. S. POŠTA", which was short for Kraljevska srpska pošta, meaning "Royal Serbian Post".

2014 Letter as a witness of time
The stamp shows a letter from 1868 that was sent from town Brza Palanka and it was adressed to Imperial and Royal Consulate of Austria in Belgrade.
2015 100 years of the "King Peter in the Battlefield in 1914" stamp issue
"King Peter in the Battlefield" stamp is important in history if Serbian philately. This is the first Serbian stamp where ruler is not presented in classical portrait. Also, photo of King Peter in the batllefield is the first photo of one king from the front line in WWI.
2016 60 years since the first EUROPA issue - the only time there were issued 2 Stamp day stamps

Universal Postal Union (UPU) was established in September and October 1874 in Bern, on a congress where Principality of Serbia participated. The stamp depicts UPU monument in Bern, headquarters building of UPU in Bern and portrait of Mladen Ž. Radojković, Serbian representative who signed the Treaty on Establishment of the General Postal Union.
