Serbian Law on postal services (art. 74) provides that in the current year, Minister responsible for postal services shall establish a plan for the issuance of commemorative postage stamps, as well as the motives for regular issues of postage stamps to be issued in the coming year.
According to official plan, in 2025 we can expect these commemorative issues:

The issue plan containes sketches of definitives that could be issued during the year. Comparing to the previous years, two designs are not shown (St. John's Wort /Hypericum perforatum/ and Cherry /Prunus avium/). The rest of the designs remained the same as in 2024.
